Brett completed his Bachelor of Psychology with honours at the University of Newcastle. Brett is currently completing his final year in the Master’s in Clinical Psychology. Brett has worked as a Psychologist in regional NSW, private practice, and with veterans and their families.

Brett has worked with multiple client difficulties across the lifespan from early childhood through to adults. Brett chose his career in Psychology at a mature age, realising that his purpose and fulfilment came through being able to care for and support others on their life journey.

Brett’s strives to create a safe, secure, and trusting space to help his clients move in the direction that they most value.

Brett conducts assessments and uses a variety of different evidence-based treatments to aid each client on their journey, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy for Trauma (CPT), Trauma Focused CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman’s Therapy for Couples. Brett especially enjoys working with adolescents.
