About Meg

Meg Jackson is an AHPRA-registered provisional psychologist in her final year of the Master of Clinical Psychology program at Charles Sturt University. Upon completion, she will undertake the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program required to obtain endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Newcastle, University of New England, and Central Queensland University, graduating with First Class Honours and receiving a college medal and placement on the academic merit list.

Meg has worked in psychology research for over five years, delivering cognitive assessments, mental health assessments, intervention programs, and contributing to peer-reviewed publications. Clinically, she has experience within corrective services and private hospital settings.

Meg draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) approaches and is committed to providing trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. She enjoys working across the full scope of clinical practice, including assessment, individual therapy, and group therapy. She values creating a collaborative and respectful space where clients feel safe to explore challenges, build insight, and work toward reaching their goals.

In her downtime, Meg enjoys playing netball, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
