Lyn, the Managing Director and Owner of ECM, combines strategic leadership with clinical expertise as a registered Psychologist (non practicing) to drive exceptional allied health support in the Hunter Valley. Overseeing operations of her clinics serving over 1,000 clients annually, Lyn ensures high-quality, evidence-based care across all disciplines. With a passion for strategic growth, Lyn develops and executes innovative business strategies, leading ECM’s expansion into a state-of-the-art, purpose-built clinic at Northmall Rutherford, opening August 18, 2025. Her expertise in financial management, budgeting, resource allocation, and facility oversight enhances operational efficiency, streamlining processes to maximise productivity and client outcomes. Lyn is dedicated to fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace, mentoring clinicians in leadership and professional development through team-building initiatives and performance evaluations. Her commitment to staff growth strengthens ECM’s multidisciplinary culture, empowering clinicians to deliver transformative care. Outside the clinic, Lyn cherishes quality time with her family and grandchildren. She finds balance at her Upper Hunter farm in winter and enjoys morning ocean swims in summer, reflecting her dedication to wellbeing. Lyn is inspired to empower her team and clients to thrive.

Lyn brings a wealth of experience as a registered psychologist to lead with vision, integrity, and compassion. With a distinguished career spanning education, health, and government organizations as a Psychologist, lecturer and educator, Lyn has honed her behavioral health expertise, applying insights from diverse settings to drive ECM’s mission of delivering transformative, client-centered care. Her tenure as a lecturer at the University of Newcastle, mentoring senior students in management, has sharpened her ability to inspire and guide professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
