Lachlan completed his Certificate in Allied Health Assistance in 2024 and brings a strong passion for helping others reach their full potential. With a genuine interest in people and a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth, Lachlan approaches his work with curiosity, care, and a calm, confident presence.

He works under the supervision of qualified clinicians across multiple disciplines, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Counselling. His diverse skill set and flexible approach allow him to support clients in a variety of settings; schools to clinics and community spaces.

Lachlan is known for his approachable nature, strong rapport-building skills, and ability to make clients feel supported and at ease. Whether helping someone master a new skill or providing structured support as part of a therapy plan, he focuses on creating a safe, respectful space where clients can thrive.

Driven by a belief that small steps lead to big changes, Lachlan brings consistency, encouragement, and a sense of humour to every session. His goal is always to support meaningful progress, while making the journey as positive and empowering as possible.

 

Occupational Therapy (OT): Assisting with the implementation of daily living skills, sensory and fine motor activities, and supporting therapy routines both in-clinic and in the community.
Speech Therapy: Supporting communication goals through structured activities, AAC use, language development tasks, and social communication support.
Behaviour Support: Assisting in the delivery of behaviour management strategies, reinforcing positive behaviours, and helping implement behaviour support plans.
Psychology: Supporting emotional regulation activities, mindfulness tasks, and assisting with behaviour tracking and engagement strategies.
Exercise Physiology: Facilitating tailored movement programs, assisting with warm-ups, mobility activities, and promoting physical independence.
Counselling: Creating a safe, supportive environment during sessions, facilitating engagement through rapport-building and goal-oriented activities.

Qualifications

Certificate lll in Allied Health Assistance, Mental Health First Aid, First Aid.
