Kerrie is the go-to for our people here at ECM. She looks after all the Recruitment/Onboarding, Leave/Timesheets, Performance Management/Grievances, Learning/Development, WHS and Transitioning.

Experienced People Manager

Kerrie’s role is extremely broad in Managing Employees throughout their career lifecycle. This makes no two days the same and keeps Kerrie’s role very interesting and engaging. Kerrie brings many years of management expertise and knowledge across many functions to ECM and she enjoys making positive contributions to enhance workplaces and their people. Her vast skills in communication, collaboration, organisation and attention to detail allows Kerrie to deliver a consistent and dedicated level of support to the ECM Team. Outside of work, Kerrie has a keen interest in cooking, gardening, going for walks and spending time with family and friends.
