Exercise Scientist

Jasmine Malsem is an Exercise Scientist, Graduating from Charles Darwin University in 2023.

Jasmine is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and their families to assist them in reaching their goals and needs. She enjoys supporting individuals of all ages who live with chronic health concerns, disabilities, and mental health issues to create healthy habits and improve their quality of life.
Jasmine particularly enjoys working with the paediatric population and uses individualised therapies by incorporating play-based therapy and areas of interest to the child into her sessions to maximise engagement.
Having completed The Foundations of Paediatric Rehabilitation course – focusing on achieving motor milestones and addressing sensory impairments, Jasmine has acquired advanced expertise in designing tailored interventions to support children’s physical and sensory development. This training has provided Jasmine the knowledge to identify areas needing attention and equipped her with the tools to effectively support these needs. She is able to create personalised therapy plans that help improve motor skills and enhance sensory integration to her clients. Jasmine is dedicated to using these skills to offer thorough care that helps children achieve their maximum potential.
