Jack completed his Bachelor of Psychological Science degree in 2020 at the University of Newcastle, completing coursework in psychopathology, behavioural, and developmental psychology. He went on to complete a post graduate diploma in psychology advanced in early 2023.
Jack has undertaken specific training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the Beck Institute to provide evidence-based interventions to his clients and strives to utilise a person-centred approach to target therapy towards the individuals’ specific needs. Jack is a certified behavioural support practitioner and has extensive experience working with children with attention deficit hyperactive disorder and autism spectrum disorder.
Jack is an empathetic and supportive clinician who endeavours to help people improve wellbeing through fostering positive social connections and self-compassion.
