Eliza Lareau

Graduating in 2013 Eliza has 10 years’ of clinical experience working as an Exercise Physiologist and finding her passion specialising in disability. During Eliza’s time practicing as an Exercise Physiologist, she has worked with many different clients with chronic and complex health condition. Eliza has lead client specific projects, creating new services and programs to support client goals across the lifespan.

Eliza is an expert in managing chronic health conditions, pain management, improving gross motor function, behavioural and emotional regulation and exercise for neurological conditions. Eliza is trained in Pilates and enjoys using yoga, functional strength training, play based therapy, hydrotherapy and cardiovascular training to help you reach your goals.

Eliza believes the role of an exercise physiologist is to promote, educate and guide individuals to manage their health conditions and/or disability, with the main goal of improving health, wellbeing and quality of life.
