Alexandra is a registered psychologist. Alexandra completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at Australian Catholic University (ACU) Sydney and graduated with first class honours. Prior to becoming a psychologist Alexandra worked in finance after completing an accounting scholarship degree from the University of Technology Sydney.
Alexandra is passionate about working with people to help them improve their quality of life, well-being and supporting them to achieve their goals. Alexandra conducts comprehensive psychological assessment for clients across the lifespan including psychometric testing. She draws from a range of evidence-based therapies to support others manage life challenges and develop adaptive coping skills.
During Alexandra’s time as a psychologist, Alexandra has completed further training and study in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) and positive psychology. She is an accredited Cool Kids/CHILLED facilitator for Macquarie University’s evidence-based Anxiety program, Holyoake Drumbeat facilitator and Westmead Feelings Program facilitator for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
In Alexandra’s downtime she enjoys going to the beach and getting outdoors!
