Occupational Therapy

As Occupational Therapists, we help individuals build independence in everyday activities. Through personalised programs, we develop practical skills across home, work, and community settings - helping clients engage more fully in what matters most to them.

Our team of Occupational Therapists’ can help you develop, recover and maintain skills to participate in everyday living and working environments. We do this by improving motor skills and adapting environments to teach coping strategies, empower individuals to participate fully in work, school, and daily life.

We practice a client-centered healthcare profession that helps individuals of all ages develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and meaningful activities. OTs work with people facing physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges – whether due to injury, illness, disability, or aging, by using personalised interventions to enhance independence and well-being.

We practise the following support and tailor our care and approach to each individual need:

  • Muscle tone, joint stability and core strength
  • Motor coordination and postural stability
  • Motor learning
  • Handwriting, posture and grapho-motor skills
  • Neuro developmental areas
  • Sensory processing, sensory overload and resultant behavioural issues
