Sharmanie Carne-Jordan

BPsychSc, BPsychSc(Hons), Assoc MAPS. 

Sharmanie completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science degree in 2020 at the University of Newcastle, completing coursework in psychopathology, behavioural, and developmental psychology. She went on to complete Psychological Science Honours in 2021, focusing on cognition and executive function in the elderly.  

Sharmanie has undertaken specific training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the Beck Institute to provide evidence-based interventions to her clients. Sharmanie has extensive experience administering cognitive assessments and uses a holistic person-centred approach to tailor interventions to specific individual needs.  

Sharmanie is a warm and supportive clinician who is passionate about improving wellbeing and helping individuals foster a loving connection to their authentic self through compassion and acceptance.

 

Sharmanie possesses the skills to facilitate the maintenance of meaningful change and strives to help individuals achieve their goals and objectives.
