Mindfulness Through Movement
Mindfulness Through Movement is a group therapy program with a focus around Yoga and mindfulness.
This program incorporates mindfulness, CBT therapy and Yoga to enable participants to understand how movement and mindfulness can together help change thought patterns which can reduce anxiety.
This program is offered on Tuesday afternoons from 4:30 - 5:30 pm during each school term.
